1. Reishi Mushroom Supreme
   

   2 tablets 3x day

2. Yin Energertics and Yang Energetics
   

   3 yin and 1 Yang 3x day

3. Complete Paud'Arco
   

   2 tablets 3x day

4. Buy 1 lb. of Astragalus root. Cook 4 each day in 2 or 3 cups of water.
   

   Cook rice or oatmeal in this and have 1 or 2 bowls a day.

5. Buy 5 lbs of Reishi mushroom. Break with saw or hammer.
   

   Cook 15 grams daily in 3 cups water down to 2 cups.
   

   Add barley malt. Have 2 cups daily.
