Who Is Lesley Tierra?

Lesley Tierra has studied psychotherapy with the REM Institute; the shamanic medicine wheel and Native American teachings with Evelyn Eaton (Metis Medicine Woman); shamanic journeying postures with Elsa Etcheverry (in the Felicitas Goodman tradition); vision questing and dream work with Beth Beurkins; Traditional Chinese Medicine with Michael Tierra and many other teachers; Inca Shamanism with Alberto Villoldo, Linda Fitch and the Inca Elders of Peru (of the Four Winds Society); eastern and western mysticism with Earlyne Chaney, Baba Hari Dass, Builders of the Adytum (tarot) and with many others teachers; and a variety of psychotherapeutic techniques, such as Hakomi.

For five years Tierra has co-led women on vision quests in the desert. She has taught Traditional Chinese Medicine, acupuncture, herbalism, Ayurvedic principles, shiatsu, yoga, barefoot doctor techniques and other related health therapies in classes, weekend workshops, symposia and week-long trainings throughout the United States and in England for over 25 years.

I'd like to introduce you to my new class series, Radiance Quest.

Radiance Quest is an epic Soul's quest: a six-fold system designed to help you walk the labyrinth of your soul so that you can dream your world into being. It is based on the essential elements of the Inca Shamanic tradition, the same wise elders who brought us the Munay-Ki Rites.

Radiance Quest is a synthesis of over 35 years of studies. It is designed to help you discover your unique mythic journey and clear any limiting core beliefs and cyclical patterns holding you back from fully living and manifesting your dreams.

We are in times of great change. Thematically this time is centered on a shift of consciousness -- specifically, conscious heart creation. When we manifest from the space of conscious heart creation, we go through five stages: desire, intention, attention, giving, and receiving.

Most people go straight from the desire stage to the attention stage - i.e., "I want this now, so what do I do to get it?" While this may work, it often misses because it ignores the intention stage. To desire is one thing, but since intention includes our subconscious programming, karmic imprints and cyclical patterns, it can manifest something altogether different.

For example, you might desire wellness, but since you hold a hidden core belief that you have to work really hard to get what you want, the result is adrenal exhaustion instead. In another case, you might desire an intimate relationship, but your subconscious cyclical pattern of abandonment causes you to be defensive and protective, pushing away potential partners instead of attracting them.
